Foods are much more nutritionally dense than the foods we usually eat.
As whole foods, they contain a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients
as naturally associated in nature. These foods should be eaten everyday
and as often as possible to order to stay healthy and keep an alkaline

have an alkaline PH? Eating alkaline foods is essential to keeping your
body strong and disease-free. The diseases that are rampant among the
people of the western world today could be slowed down to a crawl if we
could get the population to consume a 60-80% alkaline diet. High
consumption of plant foods are a mighty boost to your immune system.
