Super Foods are much more nutritionally dense than the foods we usually eat. As whole foods, they contain a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients as naturally associated in nature. These foods should be eaten everyday and as often as possible to order to stay healthy and keep an alkaline blood PH.

Heal Obesity, reverse Blood sugar levels and lower Blood pressure

Do you think that its just a coincidence that the majority of Superfoods have an alkaline PH? Eating alkaline foods is essential to keeping your body strong and disease-free. The diseases that are rampant among the people of the western world today could be slowed down to a crawl if we could get the population to consume a 60-80% alkaline diet. High consumption of plant foods are a mighty boost to your immune system.

On days like this we will be glad that we ate correctly to keep our immune system strong.
