BURNING OFF THE HOLIDAY FAT

Back in the day when i first began to eat better, i did some research into possibly give the Atkins diet a try. It just didn't seem healthy so i made some adjustments. Instead of gorging on meaty, fatty foods in the place of starchy carbs, i simply substituted vegetables and fruit, raw nuts and beans. This is what lead me to finding more information about eating a high alkaline diet. These foods along with lean meat choices (if any meat at all) made for the type of diet that allowed me to drop about 85 pounds of UGLY body fat!

Now some people will tell you that it isn't healthy to follow a low carb diet. These people are probably employed in the wheat industry. Since i don't work in the fields all day long or train as an Olympic athlete, it makes NO SENSE to eat a lot of processed wheat, rice or potato products that will only keep my blood sugar jacked up all day long. We eat far too many calories everyday and the evidence is the spare tire that you wear around your midsection. I replaced the calorie dense starchy carbs with a wide variety of veggies daily to give my body the nutrients it needs without elevating my blood sugar needlessly.

Eating a diet of 50-80% alkaline foods daily will support your healthy body with quality nutrition to boost your immune system and optimize your body functions. This type of eating style DOES NOT support excess body fat and will began to burn this extra fuel as energy. As your diet becomes more pH balanced, you will experience more energy and began to feel lighter on your feet. You can really change your life with a high alkaline food diet
