Finding a way to reduce Inflammation effectively is not as difficult as yo may think. A great deal of the inflammation that you may suffer from is caused by a variety of foods that you eat daily. By eating a diet of 60-80% alkaline foods daily, you can feed your body the phytonutrients and minerals that it needs to take care of maintenance needs. Removing foods such as wheat, dairy and omega 6 oils from the diet has been associated with reduced inflammation.
I recently had a family member that was diagnosed with a form of cancer. You can add turmeric to your favorite dishes along with black pepper to make a meal that will run off any ill-intended virus or bacteria. I am a big lover of curry and chinese dishes with curry are my personal favorite. Most lovers of curried dishes are fans of Indian cooking and the curry-style dishes are infinite in number. - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cube vegetable bouillon
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and saute onion, and garlic until golden. Stir in curry powder and tomato paste, cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, mixed vegetables, vegetable bouillon cube, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 30 minutes until vegetables are well done (not crunchy).
