                           What are Acid and Alkaline?

 The pH scale goes from 0 to 14. 0-7 is acid and 7.1 to 14 is alkaline. The human body attempts to maintain a PH balance of 7.4 by depositing and withdrawing acid and alkaline minerals from other locations including the bones, soft tissues, body fluids and saliva.
